Samsung Galaxy S4 owners can now pick up two hotly desired accessories for their beloved new handset - a QI wireless charging kit straight from Samsung or a slide-out physical QWERTY keyboard from Hypercel.
The complete QI wireless charging kit can be purchased for a total of $90. Samsung is selling the QI wireless charging pad for $49.99 and the larger back cover (the first two in the link) for the Galaxy S4 for $39.99. The cover is Galaxy S4 specific, but the QI charging pad is compatible with all QI-enabled devices, meaning that accessory should have a long shelf life as more and more devices begin supporting wireless charging. Samsung sells the wireless charging cover in both black and white, so buyers can tailor the color to their phone.
Those interested in having a QWERTY keyboard for their Galaxy S4s can go ahead and pick up a Bluetooth-enabled sliding keyboard from Hypercel. The keyboard simply snaps on to the Galaxy S4 and slides out, allowing for easy typing when touchscreens simply don't cut it. The keyboard comes equipped with its own backlight and even comes with specialized buttons such as "Home," "Search," and "Play and Pause." Hypercel currently sells the keyboard for $79.99. Hypercel offers the keyboard in both black and white.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 recently released to much fanfare around the world, putting it on track to outsell any previous Samsung device. The handset is equipped with a 5-inch 1080p display, either an Exynos 5 octa eight-core processor or quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 4.2.2 right out of the box.
