A variation of the Nokia Lumia 720 will hit China with the largest mobile carrier in the country.
According to UnwiredView, the Chinese version of the Lumia 720, known as the Lumia 720T, is now available with China Mobile.
The new Windows Phone 8 smartphone currently has an unsubsidized pre-order price of 2,499 Yuan, which equates approximately to $405 under the U.S. dollar.
The Lumia 720T is expected to have an additional feature known as CMMB, a mobile television technology courtesy of carrier China Mobile. CMMB allows users to watch live television without any data charges.
The report comes as the device is expected to launch in the upcoming weeks in the Netherlands, and the May 14 Lumia event in London, England.
The features for the Lumia 720 include a 4.3-inch screen with 800x400 pixels, a 6.1-megagpixel rear-facing camera, and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. In terms of memory, there's 8GB of internal storage with 512MB of RAM. The Windows Phone 8 device has a battery capacity of 2,000mAh providing up to 520 hours of standby time and 13 hours and 20 minutes for talk time under a 3G network.
