Microsoft might have earned themselves a winner with their latest Nokia Lumia 920 'Switch' commercial.
The Windows Phone advertisement depicts a wedding with the bride and groom's family using either Apple's iPhone or Samsung's Galaxy S3. Tensions brewed and were insults and fists were flying.
Amidst the brawl, two waiters watch and record the scene with their Nokia Lumia 920, a smartphone that utilizes Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system.
The advertisement proved to be popular as it captured over 3.78 million views on YouTube over five days.
Search engines also saw a spike in people searching the Nokia Lumia 920, notably on Google.
Google Trends showed interest for the Lumia 920 peaked in the U.S. one day after the commercial's release.
The advertisement has also been released in Australia and the United Kingdom, but the peak interest is not near the numbers seen in the U.S.
As a refresher, features for the Lumia 920 smartphone include a screen size of 4.5 inches, 32GB of internal storage with 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 3,264x2,448 pixels with LED flash, Bluetooth 4.0, an NFC chip, and a 2,000mAh battery capacity.
