The Tribeca Film Festival comes to an end in just days and the competition winners have officially been announced. Leading the charge is Australian film "The Rocket" which garnered the Best Narrative Film Award and Best Actor Award for Sitthiphon Disamoe.

The winner of the Best Actress Award went to Veerle Baetens for her powerful turn in "The Broken Circle Breakdown." "Broken Circle" screenwriters Carl Joos and Felix van Groeningen also took home the Best Screenplay for a Narrative Film award. The Cinematography accolade went to "Before Snowfall" while "Whitewash" director Emanuel Hoss-Desmarais won Best New Narrative Director. A Special Jury mention for Best Narrative Feature" was given to "Stand Clear of the Closing Doors"and "Harmony Lessons" director Emir Baigazin also got a jury mention for his work.

The Best Documentary Feature award went to "The Kill Team" while the Best Short Narrative winner was "The Nightshift Belongs to the Stars."
