She stunned the world as a dragon-rearing warrior in HBO's "Game of Thrones," and now she may become the most desired sex icon in Hollywood. Although nothing has been made official, it looks like Emilia Clarke may have snagged the role as Anastasia Steele in the upcoming "50 Shades of Grey" movie.

According to International Business Times, Clarke "is rumored to have signed on for the film adaptation of 'Fifty Shades of Grey."

Clarke has been a long-time fan favorite to play Ana. The 25-year-old has the look, the eyes and the poise. She may be a perfect candidate, but let's not get too excited. Do we remember the rumors claiming that Emma Watson had been cast as Anastasia that surfaced earlier this year? The news sparked a series of malicious tweets and angered frustrated fans worldwide, so let's be careful how we proceed here.

Gather has further commented on the confirmation, saying that "she's young, talented, fine with nudity/sex, pale, petites, big eyes, great body, delicate features, etc. all the things Christian loves about Ana." Well there you go. What more could you ask for?

We've already seen Clarke strip down on camera in "Game of Thrones," where she plays Daenerys Targaryan. In the first season, she got down and dirty time and time again, so the nudity that's so essential to the "50 Shades of Grey" film shouldn't be an issue for the English actress. Her role in "Game of Thrones" has marked her success in television, but with a role like Anastasia Steele, Clarke could make her break into the film industry with full force.

As previously mentioned, neither E. L. James nor Universal Studios has confirmed the news. Clarke is a perfect fit for the role, so why not bring her on board? Other Ana hopefuls such as Alexis Bledel, Nina Dobrev and Lucy Hale may also have what it takes, but let's just make a decision already. It's been months since Universal announced the film's summer 2014 release. If Clarke is indeed cast as Ana, we can finally revert back to the more important things in life, like who's going to play Christian Grey.
