The Samsung Galaxy S4 may be available on AT&T even earlier than previously thought. A new leaked Radio Shack document say the electronics retailer will begin selling the AT&T version of the Galaxy S4 Apr. 26.

That's four days before the release date we heard yesterday from the AT&T website, information that was also unofficial.

The Radio Shack doc also says the Sprint version of the Galaxy S4 will be on sale Apr. 27, which matches up with official info from Sprint, so that lends more credence to this leak.

If true, it would mean AT&T is getting the Galaxy S4 before Sprint, which would award AT&T bragging rights for a year in this competition to be the first to release new high-end phones that seems so important to all the carriers except Verizon.

If you care more about price than being the first to have Galaxy S4 in hand, the current lowest cost is $168 with a two-year contract, available from Wal-Mart after a $31 price drop today.

That's substantially lower than the typical going rate of $250, though you can still pick up the Galaxy S4 for less cash out of pocket at T-Mobile, which is charging $150 upfront and $20 per month for two years with no contract.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a 1.6GHz eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor or a 1.9GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor (depending on country), 2GB of RAM, a 5-inch 1920x1080 Full HD AMOLED display at 441 ppi, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video, a 2-megapixel front facing camera, internal storage between 16 and 64GB, an SD card slot that can accommodate an additional 64GB, a polycarbonate body, Smart Pause and floating touch tech and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
