There's still no word on Kingdom Hearts 3, but while we continue to wait, Square Enix is re-releasing the older games yet again.
This next installment is titled Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. Alongside the mouthful of a title, the game will feature HD remakes of the first Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, cinematic scenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and additional content previously available in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.
It will also feature full trophy support, and unrevealed "all-new content."
"Fully remastered in HD, KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX is a compilation of the critically acclaimed KINGDOM HEARTS FINAL MIX, previously exclusive to the Japanese market, and KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories," reads the developer's official statement. "In addition, the two-in-one-disc package will feature HD cinematic story videos from KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days, enhanced gameplay mechanics and PlayStation 3 system trophies."
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX will be released this fall exclusively for the PS3. In the meantime, check out a trailer out of PAX below.
