The road to the mania of month-long college hoops action dubbed "March Madness" will begin this Sunday.
After months of college hoops, the NCAA will announce the final projected bracket for the 68-team NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. While 31 teams will be automatically selected based on their winning their respective conferences, 37 other at-large schools will need to be selected to take part in college basketball's most prestigious basketball tournament-the NCAA national championship.
The tournament will likely feature the top four schools in NCAA basketball at the moment, Duke, Big East champion Louisville, Indiana and Gonzaga, but despite their stellar records, there's no guarantee that they will be No.1 ranked. The seedings and placing in the bracket are still theoretically up in the air until the NCAA Men's Basketball Selection Committee makes the selections for the tournament bracket final.
Already some brackets are predicting matchups such as UCLA vs Minnesota, while others such as ESPN are predicting that Ohio State, Big 12 champion Kansas, Miami and Georgetown will hold the No.2 seeds.
But while there isn't a guarantee yet as to how the March Madness bracket will play out, all of the information you need to check out Selection Sunday is right below. (No Live Stream for the event is available.)
TV Schedule, Date, Time
The NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Selection Show will air from 6-7 p.m. EST, March 17 on CBS.
