Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin delivered zinger after zinger attacking President Barack Obama during her address at the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.
The former Republican vice presidential nominee started her speech by bringing up gun control and taking jabs at the president.
"More background checks?" Palin asked. "Dandy idea, Mr. President -- should've started with yours." The Fox News channel contributor continued to criticize Obama during the annual GOP conference stating, "Remember no-drama Obama? If only. Now it's all-drama Obama."
She also took shots at the Obama's administration's lack of transparency saying, "Barack Obama promised the most transparent administration ever. Barack Obama, you lie."
She received a standing ovation after making a swipe at Obama over his infamous teleprompter use.
"Mr President, we admit it, you won, accept it. Now step away from the teleprompter and do your job!" she said.
Palin also blasted political consultants who advise on Republican Party strategy. "We don't have leadership coming out of Washington, we have reality television, except it's really bad reality TV, and the American people tuned out a long time ago," she told the CPAC audience.
"The last thing we need is Washington, DC vetting our candidates. Now is time to furlough the consultants," she added. "These experts keep losing elections and keep getting rehired and raking in millions."
Palin has voiced her opposition against party strategists following her loss in the 2008 presidential election, when she had strong disagreements with John McCain's campaign staff.
