The Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available in the U.K. on Apr. 26, according to CNET UK.
"O2, EE, Orange, T-Mobile, Three, Vodafone, Virgin Media and Tesco Mobile have all confirmed they will sell the S4. Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U will have it too, as well as online retailers," CNET writes.
But none of the carriers have confirmed a price yet.
And good news for British customers impatient for fast mobile internet access. "From day one you'll be able to use the S4 with 4G speeds on EE, Britain's first LTE network," CNET says.
"Unlike EE, Three has promised it won't charge extra for 4G. So when you buy the S4 on Three, you'll seamlessly connect to 4G when its LTE service launches a month or two later without having to switch to a different contract."
Pre-orders begin on Mar. 28.
No new word on the S4's availability in the American market yet. So far, Sprint has said it will offer Samsung's new flagship phone sometime in the second quarter of the year, meaning April, May or June. The other carriers will likely have the S4 at or around the same time.
The American debut will certainly be after the U.K. release, though there's no telling how long the delay will be.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features an eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor, 2 GB of RAM, a 5-inch 1920x1080 Full HD AMOLED display at 441 ppi, a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video, a 2 megapixel front facing camera, internal storage between 16 and 64 GB, an SD card slot that can accommodate an additional 64 GB, a polycarbonate body, Smart Pause and floating touch tech and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
