Some guys never learn--no matter how many times they are bodyslammed.
WWE wrestler Jimmy Uso was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence in Hillsborough County, Florida. This isn't Uso's (aka Jonathan Solfa Fatu) first struggle with the law. He received a DUI on Sept. 29, 2011 in Tampa Florida. At the time, he was driving the wrong way down a one way street in a silver Ford Mustang.
For Wednesday's arrest, he was booked and release on a $500 bond.
While not one of the A-list wrestlers on the WWE's roster, Jimmy Uso and his brother Jey (aka Joshua Samuel Fatu) come from a respected wrestling pedigree. The two brothers are the son of former WWE wrestler Rikishi. In the WWE, the two wrestlers were managed by Tamina, the daughter of "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka.
The WWE can't be happy with this latest arrest, especially since it involves being intoxicated with potentially fatal consequences. The arrest comes less than a month after WWE wrestler Jack Swagger was arrested in Mississippi for driving under the influence. According to TMZ, Swagger was leaving a Smackdown taping when he was pulled over while speeding. Swagger wasn't under the influence of alcohol, but they did also charge him with marijuana possession and speeding.
It remains to be seen how the WWE will deal with Uso's recent offense. Wrestlers have been suspended, fired or had their character's promotion greatly diminished after being found with drugs or arrested.
