The $19.99 price tag is valid for both new and existing AT&T customers as long as they visit Amazon Wireless for the offer. New AT&T customers are given the option to sign onto an individual account or family account while current AT&T customers can either upgrade their phone or add a line while maintaining the same $19.99 price. The offer for current AT&T customers is also valid for customers in an individual or family account.
The 8GB model is available as a replacement-phone-only price with no contract changes. The price, however, has not been discounted on Amazon Wireless, available for $499.99.
In comparison to AT&T Online, the HTC Windows Phone 8X smartphone is available for $49.99 when signing a two-year contract, however, their listed regular price is $399.99.
The 16GB model on Amazon Wireless spike prices a little higher but still lower compared to the AT&T Online prices.
