Pokémon fans are waiting for new updates for the sixth generation games, and from our initial readings, it looks like some more new Pokémon reveals in the next trailer would be much appreciated.

Nintendo Global President Satoru Iwata confirmed "Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y" almost two months ago during a "Pokémon Direct" presentation. The Nintendo president provided a trailer to the sixth generation games showcasing the three new starters and two confirmed legendary Pokémon. A month later in February, a new Eevee evolution was announced with Sylveon.

While fans wait until October's release date, speculation is still high regarding the finer details of the game.

Latinos Post conducted an unscientific poll in which 4,450 readers let us know what bit of information about the new Pokémon games they are waiting on the most.

With a comfortable margin, simply knowing new sixth generation Pokémon led the way with 52.92 percent of the poll. The percentage equated to 2,355 votes.

While the world knows Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie are the three new starters, fans also want to know their evolutions. Placing second in the poll is news on the starter evolutions, with 28.58 percent of the poll.

The sixth Pokémon that was confirmed for "Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y" was Sylveon. While the new Eevee evolution was confirmed, the type is still a mystery. Latinos Post attempted to breakdown the Sylveon name in hopes of figuring out its type but until The Pokémon Company International confirms, we won't know for sure. Knowing Sylveon's type ranked third in the poll with 11.15 percent, or 496 votes

News on the main characters and a specific release date rounded up the five options of the poll. The new characters news placed fourth with 3.96 percent but knowing the specific October release date was close behind with 3.39 percent.
