Cristian Bale could return to the role of Batman according to a report.

El Mayimbe of Latino Review claims that Batman director Christopher Nolan is completely in charge of the DC Universe at Warner Bros and will most likely oversee and produce the upcoming "Justice League movie." Furthermore, the site asserts that "Man of Steel" director Zack Snyder would produce and possible direct the picture.

Most interesting of all is that the studio wants to set the new movie in the Batman universe created by Nolan in his trilogy. "The studio allegedly wants the film to be set in the same universe as Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, which naturally means a return of Bale's Batman," writes IGN's Lucy O'Brien. "Not only that, but Justice League would also tie in with Snyder's gritty 'Man of Steel,' which means - you guessed it - Bale's Batman and Henry Cavill's Superman would appear in the same universe, in the same movie, at the same time."

Latino Review is known for breaking major stories long before they are official. The publication recently unveiled spoilers for upcoming "Avengers 2" and also broke the news that Harrison Ford would be returning to the Star Wars franchise. Neither report has been confirmed.

Latinos Review also asserts that it has a strong track record. "Our track record with DC is impeccable. We broke Routh/Superman, Ledger/The Joker, the opening of The Dark Knight, etc., just to name a few. Remember, when we first broke that Goyer & Nolan were involved with Man Of Steel and Thomas Tull made a call over here to debunk us? So, um, how did that end up turning out? False? :)" writes El Mayimbe.
