CAR Magazine managed to acquire photos of the 2014 BMW M3 concept vehicle that is expected to make its debut at the Geneva auto show this month.

While it is unknown whether the images are rendered or legitimate, car enthusiast website GT Spirit thin that they might be the real deal.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTOS HERE

"From the following images, the car pictures doesn't appear to be a rendering based purely on the details and reflections that can be seen on it, and even though it's currently unclear how Car Magazine managed to attain the photos, they definitely appear very real to us!" GT Spirit reported on their site.

The alleged 2014 BMW M3 depicted in the image is seen in a very bright taxi-like yellow with four doors.

But a coupe version of the new M3 is rumored to be released as well and is expected to be called the M4.

Jalopnik reports that the new M3 will be lighter due to the addition of carbon fiber parts and roof construction. The sedan is expected to weigh less than 3,300 pounds.

And as far as performance goes, an all-new straight-six engine that pumps out 444 horsepower is expected to live under the hood of the 2014 M3.

Unfortunately for all the stick-shifters out there, a manual version of the new sedan is not expected to come out.
