While the filming of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" continues, fans are offered the slightest sneak peak into what they can expect. The newly released poster for the "Hunger Games" sequel shows recent Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) and Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark) embarking on their Victory Tour of the Panem districts.
The sequel begins with the pair's Victory Tour after winning the 74th annual Huger Games in the first film. The sequel is well underway and hits theaters Nov. 22, 2013.
The Hunger Games crew has been shooting in Atlanta for several months and returned to Hawaii to continue filming on Monday, according to Access Hollywood. "We paused (filming) it," Lawrence said. "I fly out to Hawaii the day after the Oscars. I don't think I would be ale to do it - flying back and forth (without the break)."
Her trip back to Hawaii on Monday will certainly be a joyful one. Lawrence, 22, was awarded 'Best Actress' at this year's Oscars for her role as an emotionally bruised widow in "Silver Linings Playbook." Her acceptance speech proved that perhaps her busy schedule is becoming too much to bear; on her trip up to the Oscar stage to accept her award, the actress slipped on the stairs, but recovered gracefully and shone like the star she is.
Lawrence will be working side by side with Oscar-winner Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer and Jeffrey Wright, who have joined the cast for the upcoming Hunger Games.
As production for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" continues, little snippets like new posters and trailers will have to suffice to ease the overbearing anticipation for the November release.
