Producer and Lucasfilm co-chairperson Kathleen Kennedy has stepped down from producing "Jurassic Park 4" to make time for "Star Wars Episode 7."

"Ms. Kennedy has moved onto Star Wars and will not be producing JP4. She's traded raptors for TIE fighters," Kennedy's husband Frank Marshall announced on Twitter.

The revelation was made when a fan, Jack De La Mare, posed the question on Twitter. De La Mare asked, "‪@LeDoctor Hello, will Kathleen Kennedy also produce Jurassic Park 4? Thanks!" Marshall responded with the reveal that his wife would not continue work on the dinosaur movie.

Despite Kennedy's departure, Steven Spielberg and Frank Marshall will produce "Jurassic Park 4" with Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver as writers. According to Stack Gamer, the script has already been finished. There is no news on who the director might be but the release date is slated for June 13, 2014.

Star Wars was originally slated for a 2015 release date, but its launch is not as secure. However, the film already has a number of major names attached. J.J. Abrams has been signed on to direct while Michael Arndt will pen the script.

Veteran Actor Harrison Ford is reportedly slated to return to his iconic role of Han Solo while rumors indicate that the story could revolve around the children of the heroes from Episodes IV through VI.

Series composer John Williams has expressed his desire to return to compose more music for the upcoming installments despite being 81 years old. Disney also has a great deal of spin-off films in the works.
