On Monday, Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel announced via Twitter that they are expecting their first child.
The "Fergalicious" singer tweeted, "Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump," along with a photoshopped pic of herself and Duhamel as toddlers.
Duhamel also tweeted, "Fergie and Me and BABY makes three. #MyLovelyBabyBump"
The couple have been married since 2009 and Fergie's reps confirmed that the pregnancy is true. "Yes, Fergie is pregnant!!" her rep told Just Jared. "We are pleased to confirm the news."
The 40 year-old actor appeared in the "Transformers" movies and stars this year in the film "Safe Haven." Fergie, 37, became a member of The Black Eyed Peas in 2002 for their third album, "Elephunk," which was a huge commercial success.
Rumors have been swirling around the couple having a baby for a few months. On the "Rachael Ray Show" in September, the "Glamorous" singer debunked the pregnancy rumors by saying she simply gained a few pounds. "[People ask if I'm pregnant] every time I fluctuate a few pounds. Like right now, I'm a couple pounds up," she said. "Sometimes I go a couple pounds down and I wear the clothes that are more fitted, but people kind of look at me because they're expecting [that] it's that time. We do hope for children, and that will be coming up, but it's not yet."
Fergie recently launched a new wine line with her father and appeared at a bottle signing for the Ferguson Crest wines at the Wine House in Los Angeles last week.
