An 18-year-old Florida woman who was arrested for drug possession gets 30 days in jail for giving a Miami-Dade Circuit Judge the bird.

Penelope Soto, appeared in court before Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat to face drug possession charges. She was fined $5,000 dollars but when leaving she laughed at the judge and said "Adios." Soto's behavior struck the judge's nerve, he asked her to return and increased the fine to $10,000.

Soto, who said she makes roughly $200 a week, was shocked and asked the judge if he was serious.

"I am serious, adios," he said.

On her way out Soto's cursed at the judge and gave him the middle finger. A move that cost her 30 days in jail for contempt of court.
