The big budget zombie movie starring Academy Award nominee Brad Pitt ("Moneyball") tells the story of U.N. employee, Gerry Lane, as he travels the world trying to stop the outbreak of a deadly zombie pandemic. In the midst of the pandemic he also tries to save his wife and two daughters.

The teaser trailer shows fast zombies, international locales and the Declaration of Independence being carted off by the U.S. military. The 30-second spot is set to air on Sunday during the Super Bowl.

World War Z was originally supposed to be released in December of 2012 but due to re-shoots and post production issues the release date was pushed to June 13.

The film is directed by Marc Forster ("Finding Neverland," "Quantum of Solace") and was written by Matthew Michael Carnahan ("State of Play"). The film is based on the 2006 novel of the same name by Max Brooks.

In addition to Pitt, the movie also stars Matthew Fox, Eric West and David Morse.

Other films that will be shown during the Super Bowl include "Fast and the Furious 6," "Iron Man 3," and "Star Trek: Into Darkness."
