In an epic moment of the 2013 Inauguration, Tumblr blogger MattyRab captured what he describes as one of the most "historical moments in shade throwing" which occurred during the presidential inaugural-luncheon. In the video, First Lady Michelle Obama seems visibly annoyed when Republican House Speaker John Boehner tapped her as he and President Obama were talking. In response, Mrs. Obama gave the GOP leader a quick snippy and dismissive look. But it was the statement that followed that really turned Michelle O. off and lead to her giving him a full blown eye roll.

Boehner is known to rub those on the capitol the wrong way. Earlier this month Boehner got into a heated argument with Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and reportedly verbally attacked him using the F bomb in the White House hallways. However, it's not clear if he had the same effect on the First Lady or if she was just simply irritated by his interruption as she was chowing down.

The menu at the luncheon was titled the "Faith in America's Food." New York Sen. Charles E. Shumer reigned as chairman of the luncheon and bragged about the delicious meal being served during his opening remarks. "From the New England lobster to the heirloom vegetables, to the South Dakota bison to the wonderful New York wines, each element was carefully chosen by the tasting committee," said Shumer.

After the luncheon, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, presented the President Obama and other attendees with Capitol portfolios including a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation and a photo of the Capitol Building as it stood during the Civil War.
